What can I do if my bag is damaged or lost?

If baggage is damaged, delayed, lost or destroyed, the passenger must provide the airline company with written notification to this effect as soon as possible. If you did not report it at the Condor lost and found desk at the airport then please use our online portal to report it: Report delayed or damaged baggage
