I lost something on board. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that you have left something behind onboard our planes. Please contact the Lost&Found counter at your arrival airport.

Lost property is sent to Condor after a storage period of two to four weeks. After this period you can fill out our form for lost hand luggage which you can find here and sent it to our baggage service.

Make sure to describe your lost item including your seat number, full name, flight number, date etc. We can't promise anything but we will try our best to find your lost item.
